There’s a chill in the air which can only mean one thing…yes, that’s right, be very afraid…Halloween is almost upon us!! And our Halloween Hooley is just kicking off with something for all our IIF members!
Hands up who remembers making masks with cornflakes boxes, glue, wool and egg cartons in school and thinking you were the coolest thing ever? We promise that skill will serve you well for our Halloween Hooley! Or who can rise to the challenge of frightening the living daylights out of us with a ghost story, scary poem or song? - A Halloween Hooley Costume Contest for Kids! With an additional special prize this year for the Best Recycled Costume, judged by Andrea Cooper, of Junk Kouture France. Get cracking on your cornflakes boxes and recycled costumes!
- A Halloween Hooley Drawing & Painting Contest for Kids! Submit your Halloween-themed drawings or paintings.
- Halloween Hooley Video Challenge! Scare us and tell a Halloween story, ghost story, poem or another Halloween performance in under 3 minutes! Prizes for kids and adults.
- Whose Halloween? Guess who the celebrities are celebrating Halloween on our Facebook page.
